About the role
As a senior talent acquisition advisor for our Commodities Trading & Shipping business you'll manage both external and internal professional hiring and work with the business to identify, engage and attract talent to bp. You'll work closely with stakeholders from the business, and the wider Talent Acquisition organization to ensure that our talent strategy is realized, with particular focus on quality of hire, D&I and critical capabilities. The role holder will operate as an expert advisor and coach to hiring managers enabling them to lead in a way that is consistent with BP’s V&Bs and Leadership Expectations.
You’ll bring experience in commodity trading recruitment including experience using candidate sourcing techniques to identify and attract individuals from diverse backgrounds. You’ll have experience screening, assessing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process including offer management. You’ll have experience seeking out digital and technological solutions to drive efficiencies. You’ll bring a balance of EQ, IQ and drive in addition to bp's Values & Behaviors.
Preferred experience in trading and financial recruitment.
