About this Team

The Procurement and Supply Chain Management (pscm) are accountable for the full source to settle process including vendor on-boarding and compliance, strategic sourcing, procurement of goods and services, accounts payable, and materials management supporting the bpx business unit.



About the Role

The Contract Administrator reports to the Process Optimization Team Lead and will office with our team in Denver, Colorado.

The successful candidate will hold the following accountabilities:

  • Supports the full contract lifecycle management (“CLM”) process including contract initiation, redlines tracking and validation between bpx and vendors, and execution
  • Collaborates well with multiple stakeholders including HSE, Legal, Business, Accounting, and pscm category managers
  • Able to track multiple tasks at various stages of completion and follows up to ensure tasks by other parties are completed on time
  • Works with vendor master data team to ensure timely set up of new vendors and contracts
  • Able to report out on items that are past due
  • Familiar with master contracts and legal concepts to support new vendor on-boarding
  • Support pricebook creation in OpenInvoice as needed
  • Manages vendor compliance with Certificates of Insurance and escalates any variances in a timely manner

Essential Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or equivalent Business degree or commensurate experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
  • Highly proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Docusign, and Power BI
  • Paralegal or legal exposure is preferred
  • Experience with OpenInvoice and ISNetwork is preferred
  • Minimum 5-year work experience

  • Communicate and coordinate across a broad spectrum of technical and non-technical work groups
  • Strong team-working skills and ability to effectively influence and build alignment with individuals and within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Able to understand and analyze complex issues, in a fast-paced environment, identify alternatives and select an appropriate course of action to achieve desired outcome.
  • Interpret and analyze data with the ability to draw out information and insights
  • Interpret complex contracts and apply principles to ongoing activities
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills. Communicates with clarity and integrity and understands the need for constant and consistent dialog and integration among different stakeholders.
