Job summary

Grade JResponsible for supporting supply chain operations by completing administrative duties associated with planning, operations and management and supporting supply chain projects to assist efforts to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.

Job Purpose:

  • Support to manage 3rd party contract toll blending operations which fit for GSC objective.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Work with 3rd party toll blender to optimise the safety operation from incoming raw materials to blending/filling and outbound operations.
  • Regular review and monitoring the operations on incoming raw materials receipt and settlement with suppliers on non-compliance.
  • Regular review and monitoring the storage and handling, blending / filling, and despatch logistics operation, to perform optimization where necessary for on-going capability enhancement. Working with the 3rd party toll blender’s associated personals for safe and complaint operations.
  • Work closely with 3rd party toll blender QC executive for quality goods and service generation. Ensure BP 3rd party Quality Manual is full executed. Effort to close the existing gap for compliance.
  • Ensure JDE transaction and payment reconciliation are carried out timely in an error free fashion. Business reporting is prepared and submitted timely and correctly.
  • To ensure toll-blender(s) attain and maintain a high level of production efficiency to deliver IFOT in accordance to the contract term and agreed fashion.
  • To oversee and maintain quality control and customer complaint handling processes for toll-blended products.
  • Coordinate the end to end new product introduction progress in TBs, ensure the on time delivery.

Requirements:
Education
  • University graduate with degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related areas
  • Languages: English – Fluent
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience preferably in logistics operations.
  • Advanced skill of MS office & ERP system operations.
Skills & Competencies
  • Good communication skills including self-confidence and resilience.
  • Partnership and teamwork.
  • High-class sense of proactive thinking.
  • Strong ability in time & resource management
