Convenience Partnership Manager!
The role is responsible for foster collaborative, reciprocal relationships with convenience partners in order to drive incremental footfall and sales (primarily within food for later), fill gaps in credible range, maximise availability and sales, and minimise waste.

In this role you will have the responsibilities:
  • Delivery of annual SGM growth targets from relevant bp convenience partners to support strategy of doubling convenience SGM by 2030
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Partnership Governance meetings, providing full briefing packs to all relevant internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement annual partnership category plans and ensure they align with the Global Convenience and country/cluster trading strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement across all areas of partnership management, e.g. product range, planograms, invoicing, marketing, and loyalty
  • Ensure both parties maintain contractual and legal compliance of the retail partnership contract
  • Ensure delivery of consistent space and layout principles in country/cluster, ensuring we have relevant space by store and that it is truly customer driven
  • Support development of new formats working closely with the ESA Senior Trading Optimisation Manager and CVP&E
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, namely marketing, strategy, operations, assets, and PPM
  • Develop a strong and open working relationship with the partner, ensuring both parties are aligned around strategy and growth activities
  • Work closely with CVP&E to ensure we are using all appropriate tools and processes to minimise waste
To make this happened, you should have:
  • 5 years’ experience working in a FMCG business essential
  • Commercial experience in a trading environment essential
  • Negotiation and third-party management experience essential
  • Category management experience highly desirable
  • Strong experience of managing 3rd party relationships essential

This position is office based at our central Dutch BP office near our BP Refinery - Europoort Rotterdam. Candidates must be in the possession of transport towards our location. The location can't be reached by public transport.
