Counterparty Due Diligence Senior Analyst

Reporting and monitoring


In this role You will:
  • Manage the review, assessment and resolution of ongoing monitoring hits on existing counterparties & vessels
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for ongoing media & sanctions monitoring
  • Conduct data clean-up & reconciliation of databases / systems to ensure accuracy of records
  • Escalate all concerns and issues to CDD management as appropriate
  • Contribute to improvements of current processes and ensure effective and efficient processes consistently
  • Provide written and/or verbal reports
  • Support of improvement projects
  • Maintain and improve effective interaction and communication with other units/business areas
  • Prioritize own workload in line with high level direction

In this role we have the following requirements:
  • Fluent English
  • 1-3 years general business experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (reporting, pivot, functions)
  • Experience in managing larger set of data (in Excel)
  • Attention to details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
