Join our Data Team and advance your career as a Data Operations Team Leader!
In this role You will:
  • Streamline Vendor Master Data operations with high standard team leadership, planning, and process improvements
  • Drive expertise in Vendor Master Data (VMD) processes and provide recommendations for process and efficiency enhancements
  • Analyze the impact of transformational projects; oversee that functional processes are aligned and can be operated without interruption
  • Make certain that Global Process Standards are embedded in the Vendor Master Data operations by driving regular process audits
  • Manage a timely training delivery to the target audience, maintain training material and process documentation up to date
  • Plan, lead and orchestrate the daily activities of the callback analyst team
  • Develop a safe team environment that supports continuous improvements
We have the following requirements:
  • 3- 5 years’ experience working in a Master Data environment
  • High level of SAP and CRM Proficiency
  • Microsoft office and Master Data process knowledge
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • High level of influencing skills, ability to drive conversations forward and carry ownership
  • Strong performance management skills with experience of managing both quantitative and qualitative targets
