About this role:

As the “Digitalization Implementation Analyst B2B” you are responsible for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of digitalization initiatives and projects within B2B.

Your tasks:

  • Drive and support the digital agenda for B2B Europe according to the I&E (Innovation & Engineering) Delivery Plan
  • Set up and deliver the projects/products together with the I&E organization and various business stakeholders; act as a product owner
  • Driving the change management processes and ensure user trainings; Execution of the user acceptance testing for new / amended processes
  • Assurance of data integrity and data integration along with user concepts and user set-ups
  • Regular alignment with I&E about best practices and strategic IT Tools
  • Creation and regular adjustment of a training guide
  • Knowledge of preceding and subsequent IT-systems and knowledge of background processes
  • Focus on continuously improving processes and tools
  • Support the FM and GFO processes and ensure that timelines and budget are met
Your profile:
  • Studies in business economics or computer science or commercial apprenticeship along with practical experience
  • Experience as product owner & with IT-systems
  • Experience in the management and development of processes
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of agile product management desired
  • Experience in commercial processing (end-to-end)
  • English & German (fluently spoken and written)
