What the role does!

  • You will be responsible for leading the integration plan between EMSP SaaS platform with corporate fleet customers
  • Work with the product teams to define and prioritise high level Epics for the MVP and scalable global product
  • Lead the delivery of the fleet coupling MVP in market first and define a global product and launch plan
  • Define the SaaS commercial offers across various Fleet use cases
  • Work closely with the automotive OEM team and the Fleet Product Team to align the OEM integration roadmap with the Fleet Product Delivery roadmap
  • Lead the delivery of ISO150118 for Fleet (Plug and Charge)
  • Develop fleet charging cards to be linked with vehicle backends to enable Plug & Charge for fleets
  • Work closely with the OEM delivery team to lead the integration of the various fleet charging products across Home, Depot, Workplace and Leaseco’s with vehicle backends
  • Stay ahead of evolving technology and competitor landscape, gather relevant data needed to evaluate and make data-driven recommendations and translate them into digital requirements balancing technical requirements versus implementation complexity
  • Explore emerging technologies, understand trends and work closely with the Insights team to determine future requirements across the backend and front-end digital platforms both on Fleet and OEM side
What we need from you!

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications or experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Project Management or other relevant fields
  • Significant experience as a (technical) product manager/product owner in defining and driving product strategy and building complex digital services and products in the area of B2B and B2C
  • Familiar with Agile Project Management and related tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps)
  • Expertise in customer and product centric design methods and taking concepts from ideation through to execution
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment autonomously
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
  • Proven track record of operating in high-intensity environments with time critical pressures
  • Self-starter mentality with drive and motivation whilst also being an exceptional communicator who works well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Positive personality, with energetic working style and very strong resilience
  • Combination of structured/holistic thinking with tangible/pragmatic execution
  • You lead and manage projects in a structured and collaborative way engaging colleagues and teams in a fast-paced environment to meet objectives and deadlines
