On our mission to make EV Fleet and Home Charging convenient and reliable, we are rolling out offers for our B2B and B2C customers. We use the Aral brand which is one of the strongest brands in the mobility space in Germany.

Purpose of the role is to offer and sell charging solutions to B2B & B2C customers via standardized sales processes, supporting our Business Development and B2B Sales Managers.

This is an opportunity to join a business unit with startup-mentality in a fast-growing market, and ultimately help enable more people to transition to electric vehicles. You will not just be part of the biggest disruption in the mobility ecosystem for a century - you will be at the forefront of it as we shape the EV charging market in Germany.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Daily operational management of the standardized Sales activities for Fleet and Home Charging customers
  • Selling of charging solutions to returning customers, who want to place several comparable fleet or home charging orders with us. The underlying commercial terms are set out in a framework agreement, that has been agreed between customers and our Business Development / Sales teams
  • Welcome and qualify new prospective customers, direct them to one of the Sales funnels
  • Addressing of existing customers for upselling and renewal sales
  • Close collaboration with the Business Development, Sales and Operations teams in serving customers
  • Meet expected monthly and yearly targets in line with growth of the business; provide reporting against target
  • Completed three-year apprenticeship training with several years of professional experience and/or additional qualification (required)
  • Proven track record in Sales (required)
  • Expertise in strong interface and relationship building (required)
  • Sound knowledge of EV charging technology (preferred)
  • Strong in comprehension, structuring and work organization
  • Positive personality, with convincing communication style and strong resilience
  • “Can do”-attitude
  • Ability to network internally and externally
  • Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed
  • High degree of reliability
  • Problem solving competence
  • Self-starter mentality with drive and motivation
  • High degree of flexibility to adapt to what is a fast-changing environment
  • Fluent in German and English
