Purpose of the role is the daily management of the 2nd level customer care as well as backend and maintenance activities for fleet, fleet@home and home. You will be a key contributor to a seamless customer experience within operations (mostly post Installation).

This is an opportunity to join a business unit with startup-mentality in a fast-growing market, and ultimately help enable more people to transition to electric vehicles. You will not just be part of the biggest disruption in the mobility ecosystem for a century - you will be at the forefront of it as we shape the EV charging market in Germany.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Daily operational management of the customer care processes for Depot, Home Charging (B2C & B2B2C), close collaboration with external 1st level service providers and internal 2nd and 3rd level functions
  • Backend Management with regards to charger commissioning, charging card management, reimbursement process, supplier management
  • Act as 2nd level coordinator: Resolution of customer care clarification cases, that cannot be resolved in the automated standard process
  • Daily operational management of repair and maintenance processes and operations for Fleet and Home Charging customers
  • Completed min. three-year apprenticeship training with several years of professional experience and/or additional qualification (degree)
  • Proven track record in supplier management (required)
  • Professional experience in the area of B2C customer care (required)
  • Proven ability to interact with multiple functions within an organisation to deliver goals (required)
  • Sound knowledge of EV Home Charging technology (preferred)
  • Experience in customer centric design methods and taking concepts from ideation through to execution (preferred)
  • Strong in comprehension, structuring and work organization
  • Self-starter mentality with drive and motivation
  • Ability to identify key drivers of success or failure and prioritize according to that
  • Works well within a multidisciplinary team, bringing colleagues and partners with them on a journey
  • Positive personality, with energetic communication style and strong resilience
  • Fluent in German and English
