The purpose of the EV Public Charging Business & Process Analyst role is to contribute to building a world-class high power charging business and creating exceptional customer experiences. You will be a key member of a high performing team and will be tasked with defining, testing, launching, and scaling new customer centric digital products, as well as continuously improving processes. You will work closely with local German teams and the Global Product team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end process mappings for each of the OTG product components and create user flow to help articulate customer journey and operational processes; identify opportunities to streamline/lean/build right first time
  • Own the creation and preparation of epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work together with local OTG Product Manager, Product Owners and subject matter experts to determine and define product roadmaps, ensure feature prioritization and drive continuous and incremental improvements
  • Take a hands-on approach to product testing and develop and execute test scenarios / scripts
  • Facilitate workshops and forums to capture requirements and clarify processes (existing and future)
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party partners
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar field
  • Proven track record in Business Analysis and/or Process Mapping (required)
  • Experience in mobility and energy industries (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of digital product development, including tools, ways of working/best practice, agile methodologies
  • Highly experienced in working as part of a scrum team, must be able to display practical working experience
  • Highly experienced in capturing requirements, following agile framework
  • Experience managing and facilitating product test/QA e.g. UAT
  • Experience in working with Azure DevOps for epic/feature/story documentation would be an advantage
  • Proven track record of operating in high-intensity environments with time critical pressures
  • Self-starter mentality and structured / holistic thinker
  • Strong communicator who works well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, process efficiency and working as part of a high performing team
  • Fluent in German and English
