Responsible for supporting resourcing through assisting with the end-to-end recruitment cycle and sourcing process from concept to on boarding, using developing capabilities in this space to identify, attract and engage diverse talents into the organisation to help ensure BP has the people it needs to deliver its goals.
Is a regional talent expert, both internally and externally, for allocated business areas in order to deliver hiring demand requirements in an efficient and manner
Partner with early careers manager/lead advisors to understand planned demand and business context
Responsible for leading end-to-end process for early careers roles in close collaboration with hiring managers, business leaders and other local P&C teams
Supports talent attraction with flagship events in relevant markets, help to address potential skills shortages, be a bp ambassador at events and position bp as an employer of choice in the early careers’ marketplace
Supports execution of early engagement agenda to deliver required future skills pipelines of engaged early careers' talent to the organisation
Supports key early careers agendas across universities, early engagement, D&I and recruitment operations for their markets
Supports strategic relationships with external partners to drive attraction which supports D&I and early careers talent requirements
Takes a lead role in supporting a defined strand within the early careers D&I strategy.
Provide insight and support to colleagues, business reps and candidates, building networks both internally and externally, with an understanding of market changes and competitor activity, focused on delivering again bp D&I agenda
Partners with L&P team colleagues and supports delivery of onboarding ensuring seamless handover of candidate responsibility
Leads end of campaign reviews to the business, delivering experienced insight into the graduate marketplace, trends, candidate behaviour and selection outcomes, with a focus on lessons learned, continuous improvement and finds opportunities for future campaigns
Actively sources scarce skills and diverse talent for hard to fill subject areas through targeted attraction activities/software solutions and builds relationships with candidates that attend bp flagship events
Undertakes interviews and assessor roles when required and delivers training to hiring managers and business volunteers
Efficiently utilizes TA&M software and digital solutions to drive efficiency in the process
Responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy for the dedicated client groups on Recruitment performance metrics that are reflected in TA&M Dashboards
