This role will be involved in supporting the executive reward team to manage the employment life cycle of our Group Leaders (leaders of the business). It will support the team in managing new offers, promotions, internal moves and exits for this population. The role will need to liaise with People & Culture (HR), legal and teams across Reward. It will involve taking ownership of confidential data and accurately managing it to prepare contracts, letters, benchmarking and support the annual pay review.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide transactional support to executive reward initiatives including the annual pay review process, market benchmarking and operational processes
Support the executive reward consultant in the annual reward activities, these include the preparation of data reports, reward proposals confidential employee documentation, and data input.
Working with multiple teams to provide reward solutions for a range of Group Leader (leaders of the business) life-cycle scenarios
Support in the preparation and review of market analysis, coordinating data for survey submissions, conducting the job matching process and analysing of the market survey outputs. These will act as a key input to the annual pay review decisions
Support the reward team and People & Culture (HR) teams with the evaluation of Group Leader (leaders of the business) roles. This will include understanding the role requirements and ensuring that reports are kept up to date
Ensure all Group Leader (leaders of the business) reward systems and processes are maintained, developed and efficiently operating. This will include maintaining accurate databases, and that data is updated in a timely manner
Maintain Group Leader (leaders of the business) files and records to ensure that all activities are appropriately recorded and managed. This will include the creation and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets
Assist the executive reward team with various executive reward projects, particularly where complex analysis and business metrics are required
Skills and Experience
Strong operational and organisational skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel at intermediate/ advanced level
Highly numerate
Experience of operating with confidential and sensitive information through use of tact and diplomacy
Acute attention to detail
Functional understanding of Workday
Strong analytical skills
Good experience of interpreting data and producing high quality and accurate outputs
