Filling Technician-TC

Job summary

Responsible for supporting and delivering the safe operation of processes and systems in line with high HSSE standards, whilst developing technical and analytical capabilities.

Role Summary

• This role will assist operation supervisor in site operation of Filling team (the whole process from empty package to finish goods) and support plant keep the high competitiveness on safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, people, and sustainability to maintain the production KPI such as: FTPR, OEE, Yield and etc.

• Ensure that bp Group’s HSSE policies and regulations are followed during filling operation at all the time, fully meet with bp/HSSE objectives and implement OMS requirement.
• Ensure filling operation to be in line with SOP/WI; make sure all operations are well controlled in accordance with the procedures developed.
• Ensure that filling plan/schedule are followed and fulfilled;
• Assist operation supervisor to support the development of filling / packaging procedures as necessary, make the procedures ready in time of plant commissioning / start-up.
• Assist operation supervisor to maintain Filling KPIs
• Be in charge of empty package and labeling operation to ensure FG package with high quality
• Assist operation supervisor to control filling expense to meet budget plan.
• Ensure 5S implementation in Filling area.
• Assist operation supervisor to develop the annual training/improve plan for 3rd party service provider.

• Engineering or related fields, chemical preferred.
• More than 6 years of plant experience in production of similar process. Other valued skills are computer familiarity and proficiency.
• Good communicator and team worker with the ability and willingness to work closely with others.
• Willingness to instruct and share information with others.
• Willingness to learn and show initiatives for self-improvements. 6.Basic English reading/writing.
