Responsible for supporting the business with accounting issues, using sound technical capabilities in controlling, performance reporting and integrated business planning, advising on policy and compliance and working independently and with relevant teams across the business to effectively deliver a range of finance activities to drive the delivery of outstanding results.

Finance Analyst



In this role You will:
  • Timely and proper indirect tax returns preparation
  • Timely and proper financial statement preparation for group and statutory reporting
  • Coordination and monitoring of GBS and BDO on the daily tax and accounting activities
  • Supervision and coordination of the product stewardship and technology teams for the MOT product classification
  • Superuser for SAP, Hyperdoc and Inbiz for indirect taxes, electronic archive and electronic invoices
  • Project management for indirect tax regulatory changes or business projects for IT and processes update changes required
  • Digitalization project management in accounting and tax area
  • Proxy owner for MOT and CAR management



We have the following requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (3 years in a big 4 - audit, tax, tax or statutory compliance departments)
  • Fluent in Italian and excellent knowledge of English language
  • A deep knowledge of Italian civil and fiscal law (mainly MOT and VAT)
  • A deep knowledge of international accounting principles (IFRS)
  • Proven track record in controls & compliance in a multi-national environment
  • A skillful understanding of Tax, Finance, business operations, change management, project management and IT&S infrastructure
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel skills are required)
  • Excellent knowledge of FI and Fixed Assets module in SAP (NIKE template)
  • A skillful understanding on local tax requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, influence and communication skills with proven capability and potential to make a significant contribution to the business
  • Good understanding of cross-service functions relating to the business commercial activities
  • High understanding of the business requirements and strategy and Process improvement mind-set
  • High degree of energy, stamina and resilience, combined with a “can do” attitude
