HR Business Partner

Maternity cover for approximately 15 months


Krakow, Poland

This is a great role supporting Polish Mobility and Convenience (Retail) business in bp. You will work closely with Polish M&C Leadership Team to deliver exciting business agenda by providing people & culture support.You will be responsible for delivery of world class people & culture initiatives and globally driven projects, and you will also have space (and encouragement) to bring external best practice and initiate and implement your own creative ideas.

We are looking for a great HRBP (People & Culture Advisor) for a 15 months contract (maternity leave cover), who will be a key driver of success for our Mobility and Convenience (M&C) business. You will partner with Polish M&C teams to ensure they are highly engaged and are enabled to achieve their results.


In this role, You will:
  • Be the go-to person for our M&C leaders and employees for any people matters
  • Act as a true business partner by sharing your knowledge and expertise
  • Assist in creation and drive local implementation of P&C programs and projects
  • Support the company culture, drive employee engagement, create development opportunities, and many more
  • Occasionally help in recruitment of new bp talents
  • Support and act as the expert on labour law matters
  • Have a lot of FUN working with great, passionate people

What You will need to be successful:
  • The most important qualification is that you like people and have passion for P&C (HR)
  • We look for a person who is able to jump from strategic thinking to rolling up their sleeves and working on some day-to-day stuff
  • Someone who knows how to use Polish labor law in practice to support business stakeholders
  • Someone who has experience in HRBP role, ideally in retail environment
  • A HRBP with experience in driving employee engagement and leadership development
  • A person excited about the energy transition
  • And if you are flexible and open to join us for 15 months contract (maternity leave cover), that is all we can ask for :)
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships and have good communication skills (and fluency both in Polish and English)
