Your tasks:

• Drive continuous improvement across European Non-Operated Joint Ventures fuels terminals
• Engage Value Engineering Management implementation according to NOJV posture and operational model
• Participate in NOJV sub-committees (Technical, Risk, Safety etc.)
• Promote initiatives within Terminal NOJVs to uphold safe and reliable operations and project execution
• Support annual plan process for Capex and Revex-projects based on annual technical statuary report / 5year plans
• Manage major projects in conformance to relevant bp processes and standards (Capital Value Process/ Management of Change/ HSSE)
• Actively monitor JV performance and work to mitigate gaps to plan/budget and targets as well as engage with the business to understand risks and opportunities to financial delivery
• Implement and maintain all bp relevant documentation incl. P&IDs, STPs and Deviations, Blending processes
• Partner with bp stakeholders to deliver integrated value through asset optimization activities and evaluation of projects e.g. Supply, Finance, Fuels Quality, Aviation etc.
• Execute terminal inspections/assurance on NOJV European terminal assets to meet bp’s requirements ensuring follow up of actions
• Support Terminal NOJV Asset Manager as required

• Engineering Degree, preferable Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Process Engineering
• Additional Economic Degree preferable
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and plant construction (Proven track record in Engineering Procurement Construction Management Projects)
• Profound front line business experience liquid dangerous goods activity, preferably with operational responsibility
• Economical and Technical Knowledge, especially project selection, controlling and investment decisions
• Experience in managing contractors as well as collaboration with other third parties
• Strong MS Office skills, experience with project management software beneficial
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
