Grade IResponsible for coordinating the activities of a small team to provide quality customer service support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, overseeing execution of standard and consistent processes and ensuring delivery of the commercial plan through having a good understanding of the customer's needs and expectations.

Join our Invoicing Team and advance your career as a Lead Business Support Representative!
In this role You will:
  • Lead other BSRs on daily operations acting as first point of contact
  • Track all pending escalations and serve as a 1st point of escalation for the team
  • Monitor team member’s daily activity workload and allocate tasks within the team to ensure business requirements and SLA are met
  • Ensure all reports performed by the team or assigned to relevant person, are accurate and timely performed/submitted.
  • Participate in daily operational work by solving the most complex cases
  • Maintain and develop working relationship with Crossfunctions
  • Be able to identify key , strategic or high risk business customers and issues and take actions together with the relevant stakeholders
  • Analyse and explore process improvement opportunities within the team
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement effort
We have the following requirements:
  • Preferred Invoicing experience
  • Economics related degree is an advantage
  • Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
  • Able to produce consistently high quality information within tight deadlines
  • Flexible, motivated personality
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
