Join our Digital Solutions Team and advance your career as a

Lead CRM Super User (Fixed term)
Digital Solutions combines various processes ranging from global transformation delivery, project and programme portfolio management, change management, template, business process management, automation centre of excellence, global data management and others.
In this role You will:
  • Assessment of Change Requests (CR) from the aspect of operational and ways of working/CRM global template impact
  • Develope ideas into credible changes that could be delivered into our CRM application
  • Be engaging the local Super User community and participating in the global CRM community to contribute to transformation, standardization and simplification changes and initiatives
  • Distribute cases on a daily basis to the individual Super User community members for further processing
  • Provide process expertise in Customer Service discovery and requirements, apply the process methodology
  • Act as first point of escalation for the Super User community
  • Coach and mentor community members regarding specific issues and processes
What You will need to be successful:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Experience in managing activities in a Service Centre environment with a CRM system
  • Strong written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Having a background as a project manager or in an Agile squad is good to have
