Leasing Operations 3rd Party Manager- Germany & Austria

Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.  

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Leasing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing the operative aspects of the 3rd party provider team for the Leasing segment in Germany & Austria. The successful candidate will ensure high performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with budgetary constraints, while maintaining excellent communication skills in German.

In this role You will:

  • Team & Performance Management:
  • Be responsible for 3rd party provider teams for Leasing in Germany & Austria, ensuring they have the vital system and process knowledge. Set and supervise Key Performance Indicators to ensure high customer satisfaction and manage performance and budget to achieve growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with internal teams to integrate third-party services effectively and mitigate risks. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts in coordination with Sales and Procurement.
  • Collaborator Engagement:
  • Act as the main contact between the company and third-party entities, ensuring alignment with Sales and Sales
  • Support for top-tier customer service.
  • Business & Technical Readiness:
  • Support technical integration of third-party services and ensure the business is prepared for changes.
  • Process & Compliance:
  • Continuously improve processes related to third-party management while ensuring compliance with data privacy and GDPR.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate effectively in German with third-party providers and internal teams. Align responses to complex customer requests with Sales Support, ensuring legal and compliance standards are met.

What You will need to be successful:

  • Educated to university level or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English and German – both written and oral
  • 3-5 years operational experience in Sales and Customer management
  • Experience of working with a diverse team across different geographies
  • Experience with SAP functionality is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in third-party or vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the Fleet offer, systems and processes as well as of the Leasing model itself.
