As a member of Castrol China marketing operations team, to provide designed operational support to China Marketing team with more efficient way

Key Accountabilities

• Provide operational support to marketing team:
  • Support marketing channel activation plan development
  • Support marketing activation activities execution
  • Support marketing related materials (POSM) management and coordination
  • Facilitate marketing spending end to end process administration
• Work with team to conduct product portfolio monitor and management
• Provide product management service, such as streamline process initiation and overall product change management process coordinator
• Provide appropriate support to related projects
• Other tasks assigned by team leader and key stakeholders

• College Degree, minimum of 2 years working experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in reading and written English
• Be able to work on multiple tasks under pressure
