Join our Data Operations Team and advance your career as a

Material Master Data Administrator

In this role You will:

  • Create and maintain master data elements, ensuring data quality and alignment across systems.
  • Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency with input sources.
  • Manage and resolve queries in Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to balance workload and meet data requirements.
  • Review and action data validation reports, working closely with other departments when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve material-related issues during the planning and execution phases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data governance processes, reducing errors and rework.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying CI principles and driving solutions.

What You will need to be successful:

  • Experience in data management is highly helpful, but this role is also perfect for career starters eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility with working hours, including occasional late shifts to support US-based teams. (14:30-23:00 CET once every 2-3 weeks)
  • Good attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining data accuracy.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (Dutch, French, German, Italian) are a plus.
  • Any experience with SAP or Master Data activities is a plus, but not required
