Job summary

Responsible for supporting the sales team by using advanced technical capabilities for the delivery of pricing activities, including pricing execution and price list management, providing timely information on individual and sales channel performance and spend/program effectiveness, and driving cross-functional collaboration to establish fair and equitable targets by channel and individual. The scope of the role will influence the grade – this can include financial accountability, geographical scope, leadership responsibilities and overall level of responsibility.

The Leasing Advisor is responsible for building relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Leasing companies. This role will develop the strategy for the leasing business, sales concept and identify new business opportunities in close cooperation with the Direct Sales team. Acting as the key contact for Strategy development as well as expansion of the business beyond sales will also be a big part of this role.

Responsibilities;

  • Build and grow relationships with OEMs and leasing companies at a senior level in Europe
  • Be the focal point for OEM / leasing requests into Fleet
  • Lead negotiations and tenders with external companies to improve volumes incl. new energies, reduce churn and secure margins
  • Be the focal point for Marketing Managers and operational support teams for leasing related activities
  • Contribute to new product development and offering by bringing in the needs of OEMs / leasing companies
  • Build sales capabilities with the salesforce of Leasing companies, incl. conducting sales trainings
  • Explore opportunities with new offer elements in mobile payments, new energy mix, mobility services etc.
  • Lead fleet initiatives and projects with OEMs / leasing and ensure the right balance between direct and indirect sales in line with overall Fleet Strategy
  • Lead strategic projects and market analysis in Indirect Sales
