The role is focused on initiatives to develop, standardize and roll out the (Franchise) formula within bp Retail and improve the structure and processes necessary to deliver such an offer.
The main task is to further develop and innovate the offer and be responsible for formula management of the convenience offer. This includes improving the Franchise formula (incl. loyalty promotions) and Franchise strategy. You will coordinate the Franchise council and different Franchise commissions for offer development. Responsibilities include managing the successful implementation of the offer in the different channels of trade.
You will also support sharing customer facing experience in the Netherlands with other countries to ensure that all areas of best practice and findings are captured and embedded as franchising is rolled out.
