Job summary

Responsible for supporting line managers to manage engaged, high-performing teams, using sound technical capabilities to provide day-to-day advice, case management, line manager support for critical 'moments that matter' and project delivery in line with the business' people plan, local legislation, BP policy and best practice.

In this role You will:
• Partner with other agile pooled resources to implement activity prioritized by regional consulting lead,
• Develop excellent understanding of the entity and functions they support and focuses on support organizational change initiatives as appropriate,
• Deliver people & culture advisory support to leaders in an agile team and may facilitate resolution of everyday queries and mentoring to drive engagement, pre-empting and resolving employee relations (ER) cases and ensuring that diversity and inclusion are a foundation of the business people plan and supported throughout all people management activity,
• Partner with non-agile business partners and other pooled resources to drive talent management initiatives for the business they support. Enabling people to build the capabilities our business values, and ensuring implementation of focused talent management processes that are aligned to business priorities and objectives, assessing their impact on organizational efficiency,
• Enable a compliant and high-performance culture through aligned performance management, reward and recognition frameworks, managing the delivery of integrated reward/recognition solutions to the business and leading all aspects of the annual reward process,
• Demonstrate standard methodologies and identifies efficiencies and opportunities for harmonies across entities based on experience delivering agile projects across a variety of businesses across bp,
• Bring to bear agile methodologies to improve value to our teams and cross-functions,
• Deploy to cross-functional/cross- P&C agile projects.

We have the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant field,
5-8 years’ experience in Human Resources, proven capability and experience in talent management, employee relations, change management, and organizational development,
Experience in trades unions,
• Coach and drive high performance, track record of effective partnering,
• Experience of organisational change management and working in a matrixed organization,
• Working knowledge of local labor legislation and regulations,
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority,
• Proactive attitude and hands-on approach
Willingness to travel
Languages: Proficiency in English and French
Nice to have:
o Experience working in a plant
o Experience working with agile methodologies
o Advanced/Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA.
