About the Role:
The Price Book Coordinator will manage retail item set-up and maintenance within BP’s price book system’s. Accurate and timely set-up of retail items is needed to support BP ampm’s retail site operations & drive a positive customer experience. Today BP ampm utilizes both ESO/Blue Yonder and S2K as its price book platform. Prior expertise with one or both of these programs is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of new inventory, retail and supplier items in BP ampm price book systems.
  • Set-up of items and their relationship to each other, to suppliers and sites in BP ampm price book systems.
  • Support of monthly tobacco promotions and bi-monthly non-tobacco promotions.
  • Timely and accurate support of resets, deleted item discounts and category strategy.
  • Supplier item cost and suggested retail price updates within the price book systems as needed.
  • Ongoing item maintenance and clean-up of BP ampm price book systems including clearing supplier item exceptions, invoice cost reconciliation, taxation, and miscellaneous fees such as bottle deposits, E911 fees, litter fees, sugar tax, etc.
  • Prompt troubleshooting of price book related issues impacting BP ampm site operators or customers.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years retail price book experience
  • Experience with Blue Yonder/ESO and S2K price book system preferred
  • Detail oriented and a high level of work accuracy
  • Quick learner
  • Works well within teams and cross-departmentally
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly
  • Self-directed
  • Strives for continuous improvement
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Power Apps/Power query tools.
