Job summary

This role will contribute to the creation of analytical products that will meet the different business needs as well as help drive efficiency through standardization & simplification.

This role will contribute to the creation of analytical products that will meet the different business needs as well as help drive efficiency through standardization & simplification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate understanding of standard data management principles, procedures and tools. Is aware of data security requirements.
  • Understand basic terminology/concepts, processes, and source documentation associated with the Procurement functions.
  • Demonstrate basic level understanding of key elements of Procurement performance metrics used for evaluating organisation performance.
  • Prepare, analyze and communicate findings of operational reports.
  • Liaise and build strong relationship with Procurement stakeholders and internal teams (A&I, I&E, CIS, etc).
  • Understand the requirements of the stakeholders to provide accurate analytical and performance reports.
  • Meeting targets as per agreed timelines & process expectations.
  • Understanding of the GBS Procurement & Finance Procurement organizational structure.
  • Assist in developing clear, timely and accurate analytics products that drive continuous improvements in process and productivity.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in data/reporting.
  • Knowledge of Procurement Supply Chain Management (PSCM) concepts is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ERPs and procurement systems (SAP, JDE) is an advantage.
  • Intermediary level of expertise in MS Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) is a must have skill.
  • Basic knowledge in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc is preferred.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of analytical skills.
  • Oil & Gas experience.
