Job summary

Responsible for delivering business analysis and consulting activities for the defined specialism using advanced technical capabilities, building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, ensuring relevant standards are defined and maintained, and managing process and system improvements to deliver business value. Specialisms: Business Analysis; Data Management and Data Science; Digital Innovation.

Key Accountabilities
Develop and own a new or existing product.
Own delivery & support, customer experience, value generation
Lead the activity of the DevOps squad to ensure everyone is engaged and operating to their maximum efficiency.
Works with Product Owners on planning and maintaining an up to date delivery roadmap with a clear focus on business value
Manages ongoing prioritization of product backlogs within the assigned portfolio
Ensuring DevOps teams are working efficiently, removes blockers and ensure tooling and training is available to the team
Supports teams in using relevant agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban
Brings together different disciplines from UX, Product, Technical Specialist / SME Engineering to support alignment across the organization.
Manages resourcing and sub-portfolio budget forecast
A Customer centric mindset - guide our thinking and behavior in delivering better experiences for our customers
Value generation: accountable for delivering value from the budget allocated in line with agreed priorities with the business working closely with the business Product Owner
Relationship management with a wide range of senior business partners
Ensure common performance management tools are used in partnership with DFP colleagues.
Vendor Management.
Provide function assurance on behalf of I&E in the deal/contract with suppliers, partners and customers.

Essential Education
Membership of a technical or professional body that has confirmed an individual has reached a level of capability within a technical or professional field (usually but not necessarily obtained through examinations) or Formal certification that they can undertake specialist work or processes e.g. PMI, ITIL
Scrum Product Owner certified or equivalent
Bachelor's degree with business & digital competence

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
A good overall knowledge of project delivery, be delivery orientated, and Agile practices, ability to demonstrate agile ways of working (agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization)
A solid understanding of financial controls, with experience of budget authority
Communication - able to relate to and communicate with both business and technology/digital colleagues
Stakeholder management – able to understand and respond to the drivers and concerns of a wide range of both business and technical partners
Problem solving skills - organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to facilitate a culture that gets things done
Partner/Supplier management – Understanding of key processes and how to get the best from our Partners
Guides peers to reflect and identify improvements and successfully embed new approaches that move the team towards high performance
Identifies where a coaching or mentoring approach is required and apply these techniques to guide teams and individuals to adopting an agile attitude.
Background of supporting retail business solution. Such as site level system, POS, Payment, E-invoice. knowledge of oil station system is plus.
Experience of ERP system, such as SAP, Dynamix
Experience of integration of China’s digital solution such as Alibaba, Didi, Tencent would be plus.
Experience of digital market products development, such as loyalty, SCRM, Wechat, cloud products such as Alicloud, AWS, digital security
