The Role

Driven by our innovative ‘think next’ culture and supported by a dedicated global team of Loyalty and Digital specialists, we’re constantly working to redefine what loyalty experiences mean for our customers in new and exciting ways.

The Product Manager will be a key member of bp’s Loyalty team for Asia Pacific which is responsible for the ownership, strategy, delivery of large revenue streams, and offer development of a portfolio of loyalty programs and partners across the region.

What you can expect in this role:

  • Own and drive the loyalty product roadmap for a new tier within the BP Rewards loyalty program, which maximises B2B relationships to deliver new rewards to consumers
  • Oversee delivery of contractual commitments to B2B customers associated with the AU program and equivalent NZ initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to deliver product development initiatives
  • Collaborate with B2B Sales Managers, offer development & category management specialists to develop and extend the product to new B2B customers and then launch to market
  • Partner with our Brand, CRM and Digital teams to deliver marketing initiatives to achieve performance targets
  • Own and deliver future mobility initiatives within loyalty programs across Australia and New Zealand

What we would like to see you bring to the team:
  • A passion and excitement for loyalty programs
  • Experience working within Marketing
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager
  • Standout colleague with the ability to engage with internal and external business partners
  • Experience in CX and its translation into features and products
