Job summary

The PDSC Coordinator acts as a facilitator across the PDSC teams and functions. They are accountable for the overall coordination across the teams and ad hoc support during Examination and application submission and high work load periods for the teams.

The role offers the flexibility to be based in Sunbury, London or Edinburgh (other UK based remote options will also be considered).

What to you will deliver

  • Prepare Financial overviews (budgets etc) and track and manage PDSC budgets
  • Track and manage headcount across the PDSC teams – reporting and Org charts
  • Leads onboarding and training of team members, including supporting on standardizing templates and lessons learnt from new starters.
  • Support for external events for example venue logistics/hearings/site visits/conferences/Open Houses/Community Consultation events
  • Support for Travel and Expense coordination in terms of best practice principles for PDSC
  • Support for processes and process implementation and training.
  • Assisting the PDSC management team, in particular Head of PDSC
  • Coordinate team meetings, support coordination of consenting meetings, hearings, stakeholder meetings where required
  • Responsible for arranging events for larger departments, management teams, internal moves etc.
  • Key point of contact for PDSC in the offshore wind UK region for triaging challenges/issues/opportunities internally. Identify and implement any opportunities for streamlining or collaborating across the regions for tasks identified above.

Who you will work with

  • You will work with our growing UK Offshore Wind team. We currently have three projects in the UK, in the Irish and North Sea respectively.

What you will need to be successful
  • Experience in team coordination and support across different cultures
  • Experience in supporting UK large infrastructure projects and external consents stakeholders
  • Experience with working within SAP and general budget reporting
