Job summary

Grade GResponsible for supporting on a range of strategic projects, using advanced technical knowledge to help create, test and persuasively communicate the framework for strategy and long-term plan development, focusing on the structure, contribution and composition of BP's portfolio to deliver the Group's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source market intelligence to understand developments in the Channel strategies in the economy.
  • Monitor new business trends and incorporate insights into new sales platforms and potential new distribution models to fit for the future trends.
  • Analyze, understand, and modify robust quantitative basis for decisions on various models.
  • Design Digital maps and plan resources for channel management
  • Understand Channel economics of all models.
  • Work with Sales to analyze, incorporate insights and modify RTM models
  • Prepare recommendations for PULT to agree on way forward
  • Develop and manage the portfolio of RTM across sales channels.
  • Initiate strategic relationship with external partners through technical/professional forums and alliances.
  • Implement a systematic approach to RTM and ensure adherence to bp E&C and OMS elements.

Masters or equivalent professional qualification(s) is a must,MBA is a plus
Relevant Work experience of 8-10 + plus years
End to end experience of RTM transformational project in B2B2C business. Auto Aftermarket will be an advantage
Hands on Experience in Digital sales channels, ecommerce, online to offline Business models
Sales experience and proven insight in sales and distributor management in multinational company.
Exposure to workshop management and/or central purchase platform is strongly preferred
Track record of effective leadership with credibility to influence the sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and other partners.
Experience in Sales strategy implementation and Transformation
Mastery Digital channel management
Understanding of Automotive spares / products / Lubricants market is an advantage
Fluent in Mandarin and English
