Masters or equivalent professional qualification(s) is a must，MBA is a plus
Relevant Work experience of 8-10 + plus years
End to end experience of RTM transformational project in B2B2C business. Auto Aftermarket will be an advantage
Hands on Experience in Digital sales channels, ecommerce, online to offline Business models
Sales experience and proven insight in sales and distributor management in multinational company.
Exposure to workshop management and/or central purchase platform is strongly preferred
Track record of effective leadership with credibility to influence the sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and other partners.
Experience in Sales strategy implementation and Transformation
Mastery Digital channel management
Understanding of Automotive spares / products / Lubricants market is an advantage
Fluent in Mandarin and English
