The position is limited for 2 years.

Your tasks:

  • Strategic support to the Assistant General Counsel (AGC) and her international leadership team in Europe & Southern Africa (ESA)
  • Design, implementation and supervision of the strategic agenda for ESA
  • Organizational coaching and implementation of Agile Ways of Working
  • Serve as partner to individual country teams
  • Key point of responsibility between AGC, executives and local teams, supporting rapid alignment and decision-making
  • Identification and leading of process improvements, coordination organizational procedures, optimizing efficiency and productivity
  • Supervision of ESA Legal Centers of Excellence, leading know-how development and sharing as well as driving digitization
  • Supervision and management of the European Legal budget
Your background:
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in business economics (or similar)
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills (C1 standard), other European language skills desired
  • At least 5 years of job experience, preferably in the legal industry and/or in an international corporation
  • Agile accreditations and experience in working agile (Scrum master/Product owner certification, lean belt or similar)
  • Proven experience in organizing and directing matrix-organized-teams and departments
  • People person, being able to understand and bridge different cultures
  • Extremely versatile, open and dedicated mindset, pro-active, self-motivated
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives, strong project management skills
  • Data analysis skills and budget management experience
