Grade JResponsible for supporting the business with a range of accounting issues by performing tasks associated with financial reporting and forecasting/planning, and working with relevant teams across the business to effectively assist with a range of finance activities.

In this role You will:
  • Follow up of P2P related issues by directly contacting suppliers, authorities and internal business partners
  • Process vendor invoices in SAP
  • Collect all required supporting documents and approvals for invoices
  • Prepare reconciliation for key AP Suppliers under responsibility
  • Handle all requests in a professional and timely manner from the first contact through to a satisfactory completion or resolution
  • Execution of timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, storage, retrieval, maintenance, and updates while maintaining data security
  • Build and develop strong business relationship with relevant stakeholders and business partners
  • Plan, implement and support operational optimization, continuous improvement, and business excellence-oriented projects and initiatives. Support the development of a continuous improvement culture throughout immediate teams
We have the following requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 1+ year experience in accounting/finance (preferably P2P/AP)
  • Experience in SAP (or in any CRM system)
  • High understanding of the business requirements and strategy
  • Good understanding of cross-service functions relating to the business commercial activities, such as finance and purchase to pay
  • Must demonstrate good knowledge in Microsoft Packages (Excel & Word)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills towards both internal and external partners
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles
  • Capability to work in a team or individually if required
  • Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy
