Join our Customer Team and advance your career as a Retail Site Support Team Leader!
In this role You will:
  • Manage the accounts payable team within a Business Service Centre (BSC) in Hungary
  • Be accountable for controls being in place and working effectively across all processes and systems in relation with the Retail Site Support Team
  • Accountable for implementing new/re-designed processes and making sure they are operated properly within the team
  • Supervising the invoice processes
  • Be accountable for issue resolution
  • Build up and maintain professional relationship with Business partners, acting as PTP AP representative towards to the Business, BPO and other functions
  • Run and analyse relevant reports, review the operational performance of the team on a regular basis to ensure performance as per agreed service levels, key management metrics, and goals
  • Set clear team goals, Delegate tasks and set deadlines, Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
We have the following requirements:
  • Relevant Degree
  • 4+ years of business experience is required, preferably all the 4 years in accounting
  • Demonstrated process expertise in a given process tower such as PTP, OTC, RTR Customer Services or Supply Chain Management
  • Fluent Polish AND English knowledge
• Project management and organisational change experience in a multi
national environment would be preferable
  • Experience with SAP functionality is great advantage
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships on multiple levels of the organisation
  • Strong people management skills that facilitate others to play to their strengths
  • Strong time management and organisation skills, able to prioritise and handle urgent issues and customer concerns
