The Sales Delivery Lead BASE/SME is responsible for driving strategic and operational development agenda to improve sales performance of SME and BASE segments through telesales as well as digital acquisition channels across bp’s European fleet business.
The role holder will drive SME and BASE sales project execution, sales efficiency improvements, sales channel optimization, quality assurance of telesales agencies and consistent performance management to enable volume and margin delivery of SME and BASE segments across fleet business in Europe. The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders in Marketing, Credit, Pricing and technical teams to drive sales through the digital acquisition channels and telesales.
