Job summary

Responsible for supporting the team to maximise profitability and sales opportunities by managing and developing strategic business relationships for strategically important Key Accounts, building on existing relationships and creating new business opportunities. The scope of the role will influence the grade – this can include financial accountability, geographical scope, leadership responsibilities and overall level of responsibility.

Purpose of Role

  • Assist in OEM account strategy implementation.
  • Improve Castrol relationship with OEM Group regional management network/Key FWS.
Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain close relationship with OEM Group regional management network and key FW.
  • Understanding OEM/FW needs and market trend.
  • Owner of relationship with OEM Group regional management network. Ø Work with internal partners and external partners to develop various programs to improve Castrol brand influence and product sales.
  • Implement effective program by leveraging OEM regional network relationship, internal partners and external partners.
  • Monitor the KPIs and competitor situation of key FW/OEM region and work out action plan to improve it.
  • Summarize and share the best practice among OEM network and internal sales network.
  • Understanding first-hand OEM network information and explore business opportunities to provide valuable input in OEM strategy setting.
  • “Voice of Customer”: Listen to and consolidate the voice of above customers and initiate the follow-ups.
  • Ensures compliance with OMS and any supporting GDP’s - e.g. Driving Safety and any local legal requirements
Qualification
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Overall 3-5 years working experience. More than 1 years senior OEM/Key AC management experience which should be related to automotive OEM industry;
  • Demonstrated track record of driving growth in a very competitive market environment.
  • Working experience in Lubes industry is preferred
  • Good understanding of industry trends and OEM Value chain, particularly automotive workshop business operation, etc.
  • Good implementation capability and account management capabilities
  • Coordination skill to ensure the collaboration of various partners in delivery of effective trade-up programs.
  • Able to translate customer needs into customer propositions, and to sell into the customer and business in a persuasive way
  • Able to communicate in English
