Senior Credit Analyst

Customer teams are taking care of sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, credit assessment, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.

If you join our Customer Credit team You will:
  • perform regular and event driven credit assessments of the customers by:
    • analyse financial information data of the customer
    • soft facts of the customer
    • make the right and timely conclusion and decision (risk rating, credit limit)
  • coordinate and support customer audios in order to gather a deeper understanding of the financial situation of a customer
  • define the overall need and type of securities for individual customers
  • take decision to block / unblock customers from delivery
  • monitoring of exposure regarding credit limit and overdues
  • communicate and monitor results to sales and provide support to find positive solution
  • investigate and analyse porfolio trends, assess root causes and make suggestions on risk mitigations and improvements
  • keep close contact to sales by attending or organising regular meetings on credit matters
  • perform various regular reporting activities and ad hoc reporting’s in an accurate and timely manners
  • contact the Credit Insurer regarding certain customers directly
  • leading other Credit Analysts on daily operations acting as first point of contact for certain businesses and countries
  • support Line Manager in all projects, systems implementations, strategic topics and any ad hoc activities needed
  • stakeholder management with all relevant people inside or outside of Credit cross GBS and cross business in Europe

In the Senior Credit Analyst role we have the following requirements:
  • University Degree in Economic or Finance field is preferred
  • Broad credit analysis knowledge
  • Credit management background gained in banking, financial services, corporate credit environment
  • 4+ years of Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Credit Risk or similar finance experience in an international environment
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
  • Ability to produce high-quality information within tight deadlines
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
