Senior Customer Service Representative- German Speaking
Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.
In this role You will:
• Execute day to day customer service related operational tasks to ensure the service meets customer expectations and is consistent.
• Leverage deep understanding of specific customers, Business processes / systems, and act as an escalation point of contact for any verbal or written form of enquiries from external and internal customers, from the BP Business and third parties.
• Take ownership on end-to-end customer service, coordinate all activities for the respected customer area.
• Take ownership and resolve escalated telephone and written customer issues.
• Management of appropriate stakeholder relationships within the GBS and the businesses/functions
• Provide customer service via phone, fax and email to support one or more activities subject to the customer service area covered
• Ensure KPIs are within the target by addressing the cases in a timely manner & ensure effortless customer experience
• Support the Team Leader and Stakeholders with report creations and analysis
• Manage and maintain customer expectations, referencing pre-established service level agreements where applicable.
• Support of GBS and Fuels related projects.
What You will need to be successful:
• Proficiency in English and German languages
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service/order management/other logistics area
• Relevant customer service experience in a telephone environment and/or Business Service Center environment
• Experience in using SAP /Siebel & MS Office application
• Senior stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
• Understand complexities of the shipping, Marine and Energy market, have a deep understanding of the Customer Service processes
