bpx energy’s Recruiter will have one of the most important jobs in our business, playing a critical role in attracting world-class talent to our company. This individual will oversee all activities in identifying and attracting top-tier diverse talent to bpx energy. This person must build trust and collaborate with hiring managers across the organization. This person will provide guidance on all phases of the recruitment life cycle and build rapport with potential employees far and wide.
The incumbent will recruit for all levels, disciplines, and locations at bpx energy. The Senior Recruiter will be tasked with energizing our experienced recruiting activity and with building a unique recruitment brand that enables our business to attract high-caliber and diverse candidates. This person will be a collaborative teammate in the People & Culture (P&C) team, which strives daily to create an environment in which our employees have the chance to thrive.
The incumbent must be able to balance between recruiting strategy and tactical execution. We will rely on this person to stay ahead of latest trends in recruiting. As needed, the incumbent also will provide direction to our recruiting team and take on other relevant duties as assigned.
