In this role, as the successful candidate, you will have the great opportunity to contribute to all aspects of standard scheduling functions, including schedule development, administration, maintenance, progressing, reporting, and benchmarking. You will also provide assessment of schedule deliverability and recommend which activities to execute or reschedule when the full activity set exceeds constraints. You will review and report on performance against key performance indicators for activity planning and support efforts to drive standardisation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes whilst aligning with bp's Code of Conduct and modeling our Values & Behaviours.

NOTE: This is an onshore based pooled role, where you can be deployed to support any of our North Sea assets.

  • Recommend changes to integrated schedule (D is by APM (Area Production Manager) above 12 weeks, I&M (Integration and Maintenance) squad lead 12-6 weeks, OIM (Operations Installation Manager) 6-0 weeks) and work with the functional scheduler/SPA to resolve clashes and escalate clashes as above.
  • Perform resource levelling for operations function in the 12/6/2 week timeframe.
  • Highlight any execution readiness issues to the site integrator SPA.
  • Manage site/area schedule integration meetings.
  • Issue and communicate the site/area coordinated schedule to all functions and area personnel.
