Site Integrator

Job summary

Site integrator role provides operation discipline support to the Operations Discipline Manager and Integration and Maintenance Squad for an operating asset by performing oversight of the operations discipline barrier health of Activity Integration. The Site Integrator will focus on monitoring the operations discipline barrier health of activity integration, raise gaps and help develop plans to close identified gaps with offshore and onshore Operations leadership teams. Site Integrators will provide Integration and Maintenance squad support where they will be the focal point for activity integration for the site by managing the safe, effective, and efficient integration of activity across cross-functional execution squads. The Site Integrator will deliver an integrated and optimized schedule for the site within site-based constraints which have been scheduled and resource levelled by execution schedulers. The Site Integrator will recommend and assist in prioritization of executable activities based on their knowledge of the area development plan and site constraints.

Key Accountabilities

• Manages integrated schedule with cross-functional execution squads to check deliverability and optimize against site/area constraints inside annual plan. (i.e. POB, Logistics, SIMOPS, cross-functional nesting, Operations schedule.)
• Asset focal point for queries on schedule integration capability
• Recommends which activity to execute when the full activity set exceeds site constraints
• Reviews activity integration performance with site leaders and drives improvements in Activity Integration attainment performance
• Carries out scenario testing to optimize the integrated schedule and drive resolution of cross-functional conflicts
• Recommends changes to integrated schedule and works with the execution scheduler/SPA to resolve clashes and escalates conflicts
• Performs resource levelling for operations function in the upcoming schedule
• Highlights any execution readiness issues to the Site Integration SPA
• Manages Site/Area Schedule integration meetings
• Issues and communicates the site/area integrated schedule to all squads and area personnel
• Recommends integration of squad schedules to achieve a site schedule that is deliverable within site constraints

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent with significant site experience

• Minimum of 5 years of site experience preference offshore operating facility or onshore plant with clear understanding for how to get work executed in a production environment
• Scheduling tool skill set knowledge
• Candidate needs to be able to performance manage barrier health’s, clearly communicate challenges and gaps, assist in creating plans while working across an integrated team both onshore and offshore.
• Candidate preference would be previous leadership qualities that show leading and influencing cross-discipline teams for common delivery of single activity or process
• Primavera software user experience
