Job Purpose
The purpose of the site manager is accountable for the safety, compliance, operations, and marketing in Huize site. The primary objective of the role is to inspire and lead their team to deliver safe and profitable operations; to drive operation and customer excellence to build a leading EV operation site across the business in China.
Key Accountabilities

  • Team: Lead and continuously develop a high-performance operational optimization and performance management team. Conduct personnel development, provide skills coaching to team members to meet operation standard and needs of customersHSSE: Enable the development and implementation of HSSE initiatives to drive safe, reliable and compliant operations. Cooperate with central HSSE to ensure that a robust risk management framework is in place within the businesses and that regulatory and bp requirements for risk management are met.
  • Evaluation: Establish a secure management and evaluation system and keep track of the operational performance.
  • Operation: Develop and deliver on site efficiency, customer satisfaction, and offer programs deployment. Conduct daily operation according to bp standard under actual site situation e.g. asset, digital, land and local authorities
  • Business: On-site cost analysis management, including centralized procurement of office supplies, etc. Support site upgrade and renovation execution while ensuring site utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation: provide valuable insight and proposal to develop and support implementation of further enhanced offerings

Job Holder Requirements

Education
  • University degree in operations or related discipline.

Experience
  • >5 years related working experience with sound knowledge of EV industry or customer facing operations.
  • A background of implementation, with accountability for financial performance
  • Experience in identifying and managing HSSE and/or Ethics & Compliance risk
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing 3rd parties and working with agencies across multiple markets
  • Strong networking skills, both in and outside the business
