CMS (chemical management services) is the top end solution offer to customers with a scope to offer on-site services like chemical management, on-site inventory management, dispensing and performance monitoring of lubricants and coolants, HSSE Best practice transfer, cost tracking and value additions through CIPs (Continuous Improvement Projects).  

Our smart non-product solutions are playing a critical and vital role in growing the European Castrol industrial business.

The purpose of this job is to grow the solutions business (CMS + non-product solutions) in designated territory / customers through effective management of existing programs and customers, expansion into new customers to achieve mutual economic value addition to our customers and Castrol.

Your new area of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented

  • Lead service business development activities to maximize business position for the market.
  • Lead business development & deployment of non-product solutions (Smart Suite, equipment and others).
  • Coordinate activities and effectively operate in a matrix organization that crosses regions and departments to steer business development with key accounts/prospects.
  • Lead key account activities and strategies in line with market plans, communicate actions across the organization and coordinate execution.
  • Grow service and sales revenue to meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop high level relationships with all influencing and deciding parties within large accounts.
  • Maximize identification of new potential and conversion using prospecting and sales pipeline management process
  • Develop strategies together with the European Leadership Team to enable growth.
  • Ensure that all activities conducted through 3rd parties or intermediaries in territory comply fully with our BP Code of Conduct and local competition legalization. Ensure compliance with country regulations, BP Group, Segment and regional policies and standards.  
  • Act in a manner consistent with the BP Values & Behavior's by leading through our values, building enduring capability and maximizing value by strictly adhering to safe, Ethical & compliant behavior for all activities in the market.

  • Experience of 7 + years in handling B2B customers in similar industry. Candidates with prior experience in CMS / service offer will have an added advantage 


  • Minimum Science / Engineering Graduate
