As the Talent Sourcing and Market Intelligence Sr. Advisor you'll lead the development of talent intelligence activities including talent market mapping while ensuring talent insights are conveyed to your business stakeholders in a qualitative and credible way. You'll work on a project led basis in the identification, engagement and conversion of passive candidates aligned to bp critical skills needs and search requirements. As a leader in this space, you'll drive our competitive advantage, ensuring we have warm and engaged talent pipelines ahead of demand needs in order to deliver our strategic hiring priorities. You'll report to the global Talent Sourcing and Market Intelligence Manager and as a senior member of the team, you'll ensure best practices are followed with the successful delivery of the team's global talent sourcing strategies. You'll be the subject matter expert for global talent sourcing and market intelligence initiatives to help our HR, Talent and business stakeholders understand their business drivers and talent needs while building and delivering effective sourcing and market intelligence strategies. You'll also provide support on talent sourcing projects to ensure project milestones are achieved, ensuring commitments are delivered on time and to the required standards, working collectively on time sensitive searches across regions and time zones using agile methodology.
Key responsibilities include:
Engage the passive candidate market with compelling messaging, aligned to the bp employer value proposition.
Manage the calibration and engagement activity with key business stakeholders.
Partner with the talent sourcing and market intelligence manager to develop and drive a robust sourcing strategy in alignment with organizational objectives regarding DE&I.
Lead by example in the adoption and utilization of our CRM, ensuring it is being used as a core part of the sourcer and TA&M role, with demonstrated progression of pipeline growth/conversion, driving results and reporting for stakeholders.
Track and measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.
Work with the wider Professional Hiring team to ensure pipelining activities enable a decreased time to fill and DE&I ambitions are met.
Build robust understanding of discipline competitor landscape and uses qualitative and quantitative market intelligence reporting to influence stakeholders and drive decision making.
Provide coaching support to other team members to ensure successful execution and delivery of talent sourcing and market intelligence projects.
Keep up to date with external market intelligence and industry trends such as new technology, talent sourcing techniques and using these insights to raise the bp profile and improve the existing strategy.

You'll bring experience analyzing and generating talent, market and/or competitor intelligence. You'll have strong data visualization and project management skills with an ability to translate data into commercial insights. You'll apply your analytical thinking and be comfortable using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making; e.g. sourcing strategies & strategic workforce shaping, & D&I. You'll have several years of experience sourcing and engaging external prospects in addition to planning, developing and delivering sourcing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging effective solutions to attract candidate applications from underrepresented groups.
