. In accordance with Global Industrial Strategy where Japan is one of 5 focus countries, an aggressive business growth with J-OEM/Tier 1 customers not only in Japan but globally / regionally is one of the most critical growth pillars.
. The purpose of this role is to technically support business development activities focusing on HPL (High Performance Lubricants incl. Gear Oils, Grease & Chain Oils) and to build / improve technical capabilities in Japan Industrial team.

. The purpose of this role is to technically support business development activities focusing on HPL (High Performance Lubricants incl. Gear Oils, Grease & Chain Oils) and to build / improve technical capabilities in Japan Industrial team.

. Provide overall technical supports on Castrol Industrial products, especially HPL (High Performance Lubricants incl. Gear Oils, Grease & Chain Oils) and their specific applications including product/offer selections and customer value propositions.
. Resolve technical problems at customers in timely manner.
. Liaise with global/regional technology network to obtain the required supports/services.
. Help Marketing for new HPL product launch as well as product rationalization.
. Provide technical training to internal staff and external customers including distributors & end-users where required.
