Job summary

BP Turkey offers you fantastic opportunity of Technical Support Specialist role based in Istanbul.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing basic technical advice and support with resolving Castrol products related queries and specific technical problems.

You will be accountable for managing quality complaints regarding Auto and Industrial product groups received from customers and end users, coordinating them with the laboratory and ensuring effective and efficient end to end complaint management process.

About the role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Address all verbal and written Auto and Industrial queries from customers & end users, internal request from respective teams and social media and forum channels
• Make system entries for quality complaints, coordinate them with the laboratory, ensure timely responses to the customers and regular reporting to marketing and sales departments
• Reach and report all Quality Targets (QDMS TS16949)
• Ensure quality partnership with agent and relationships with Call Center Turkcell
• Develop customer relations and carry out customer visits for establishing best customer service
• Determine products in line with the technical requirements, within the direct tenders and tenders in which the distributors will attend
• Conduct technical training upon request
• Prepare lubricating charts and recommendations related to the vehicle parks coming from distributors

About you:

You will hold a university degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry Departments or Mechanical Engineering.

It would be essential that you have:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship and/or operations/technical roles with preference to Lubricants sector
• Strong communications and internal/external partnering skills
• Advance level of Turkish and English language knowledge
