Responsible for supporting products/offers for a specific market, including delivering new offers, and supporting implementation of major new offer development projects.
This new position supports the Independent Workshop Group through the strategic development, implementation, monitoring, and assessment of all workshop channel programs & services to effectively market to our consumers through our installer customers. These strategies & tactics are supported by marketing spend & variable trade spend efficiency, brand/sales strategies, specific channel segment focus, new business opportunities, competitive activity, environmental factors, industry trends, coordination and the linkage to global Workshop group.
This position will advise the efforts of Independent Workshops and identify tactics to accelerate growth, make an impact in this space and grow exponentially.
The individual will demonstrate a high degree of leadership around specific initiatives and functions, including interaction with cross-functional groups (e.g., sales, customer mgmt., marketing, market knowledge, supply chain, performance management, etc.).
