Transformation Knowledge Lead (fixed term maternity cover)

Digital Solutions combines various processes ranging from global transformation delivery, project and program portfolio management, change management, business process management, automation center of excellence, global data management, and others.

In this role You will:

  • Manage GBS Europe Knowledge Management framework
  • Provide coaching for Operations to drive efficient use of Knowledge Management framework (including GBS Central KM Site structure)
  • Prepare status reports and update the Leadership Team about the relevant Knowledge Management areas
  • Manage and maintain Quality Management System (ISO 9001, TS 16949)
  • Manage the preparation work for annual ISO 9001 audits (re-certification or surveillance audit)
  • Provide technical coaching and mentoring in QMS related questions for all GBSE employees and improve quality awareness at GBS Europe
  • Lead and monitor cross-functional QMS Ambassador Community (approx. 130 people) and deliver regular training courses for them
  • Lead and develop the cross-functional ISO 9001 internal auditor community (approx.40 people)
  • Carry out internal system and process audits
Projects and CI
  • Support the GBS Europe in identifying critical process improvement areas that will be required to meet its strategic objectives
  • Assist in driving process standardisation efforts associated with existing processes and new business integration into the GBS Europe
  • Support the implementation of a business process transformation strategy to enable substantial and continuous improvement in order to satisfy customer demands; incl. challenging the GBS Functionals Teams and the business to enable them to focus on the right things
  • Educate GBS Europe staff in structured approach and appropriate CI tools to ensure the GBS Europe has a high added value framework for all its business process transformation work
  • Assist in the execution of continuous improvement projects (CI, transformation, transition or “Just Do It”):
  • Conduct relevant analysis to define the impact of process improvements and generate reports as and when necessary
  • Create appropriate levels of assurance to key stakeholders on the integration of new activities and work processes
  • Support project team and stakeholders in decision making and sign-off of future process designs
What You will need to be successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical/business field required; 5+ years of coaching, leading, and/or influencing others
  • 6 - 8 years of general business experience with full knowledge of the business service area of specialization
  • Business Service Center experience is desired.
  • Experience in Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Minimum ISO 9001 internal auditor qualification
