Grade IResponsible for providing elemental procurement, programme and stakeholder management support for the hub or at site, conducting day-to-day (non-category aligned) procurement execution activities under supervision, in order to meet the Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements for procurement operations.

User Experience Analyst



GBS Procurement is integral to building bp's distinctive capabilities and enhancing the procurement processes. In order to achieve this, they are collaborating with segment category teams to effectively build, segment and manage the third party supply chains. They are building the next generation of category management; sourcing and digital capability in line with bp’s defined functional vision and location strategy.

In this role You will:
  • Be responsible for delivering a strong user experience for our internal end users through the development and deployment of our User Support Strategies
  • Assure internal end users are enabled to follow a compliant and efficient Procurement process
  • Support the optimization of user experience through identifying and executing on process improvement opportunities
  • Have extensive knowledge on end-to-end process for Source to Pay and a detailed understanding of GBS Procurement execution strategies
  • Be the Subject Matter / Technical Expert for systems and processes within the myProcurement remit and act as a 2nd line support for complex queries
  • Provide professional guidance and technical coaching to the Helpdesk Team
  • Mentor members of the Helpdesk Team as well as junior members within the User Experience Team
  • Coordinate Cross Functional teams focused on addressing the most complex issues


We have the following requirements:
  • Relevant educational background or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in Procurement Operations or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Usage and/or knowledge of SAP or Ariba is an advantage
  • 2nd European language knowledge is an advantage (German, Dutch, Spanish or Polish)
  • Ability to handle high volume and wide variety of activities
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross organizationally to resolve complex issues
  • Solid project management experience
  • Experience working cross culturally in an international environment
  • Resilient and experienced in working in multi-faceted environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
