Launchpad

We are driven by a strong sense of mission: build five unicorn businesses by 2025
Launchpad is BP’s unicorn factory – we are building billion-dollar businesses to help BP tackle the dual energy challenge

We have invested time learning from the world’s best accelerators, venture capitalists and private equity and now believe Launchpad can reinvent world-class business building.

We run with the pace of a start-up, but without its chaos – so we can achieve extraordinary things on a massive, global scale.  Within just a year we have three potential unicorns out in the market, with two close behind and another 20 under evaluation – from both within BP and from our external ecosystem.

When you join Launchpad, we will challenge you and invest in your professional development.
